Onlangs was ik bij Valeo in Helmond. Het warehouse is werkelijk indrukwekkend, alles perfect georganiseerd, warehousepersoneel in mooie Valeo-outfit, etc. Alles in het teken van efficiency. Ik wens de mensen van Valeo prettige feestdagen en een voorspoedig 2010!

Ik wist niet dat het vervangen van deze raamdraaimechanismen zo gemakkelijk was. Voor een Lancia Ypsilon moest ik voorheen naar de Lancia dealer in een andere stad. De pasvorm was perfekt. Prima kwaliteit !!

Review by William for Rating: I orgianlly oerderd the white ball withut realizing that it was meant for people shorter than I am (5 9 ). The Amazon page for it never mentioned that different balls were for different height users. When the ball arrived the sizing was made clear on the box. So I returned it and oerderd this ball (Blue, 65CM) which is meant for my height. Having used balls in my health club, but without ever noticing their size, I was surprised at how large 65 cm was. When properly inflated this ball is too large for me; many of the exercises one does with these balls require wrapping the legs around the ball, which is difficult when it is too large. On the Amazon order page for this (blue) ball and the larger (red) ball, the size/height relationship is stated, and I do fall into the range of this 65 cm ball. But it is simply too large a fact you can't realize until you inflate it.

Of the panoply of website I've pored over this has the most vearicty.

Chris,You do realize there is NO inhtneearce, so brown-nosing is not needed. But you are correct. I refuse to eat at chain restaurants when I travel. My philosophy is if you don't like the culture where you are staying, leave . Nice to get these shortcuts' on some of the local environments. We will be moving into India soon & I'm sure I will be experiencing similar issues with our Chinese counterparts. Met dit artikel kan Valeo zich misschien mooi doen lijken maar van mij krijgen ze een dikke onvoldoende voor klantenservice. Na diverse telefoontjes en brieven krijg je gewoon helemaal geen reactie op de vraag of ze tegen vergoeding een onderdeel willen opsturen. Voor service moet je dus NIET bij valeo aankloppen!!!

Ana then moves through a traditional matwork sequence, including moves such as the roll-up, the roll-over, rolling like a ball, the series of five, and the teaser. For many of the moves, Ana adds a more cnialenglhg twist eg, performing several of the series of five exercises with no arms, doing the open-legged rocker with closed legs as well, etc. Because this is an abs-focused workout, the Pilates side kick series and back extension moves are not included. Most recently these new things include an indoor trainer that I can use with my roadbike to pedal out the miles on weekday evenings, and this belt to work those muscles that cycling does not. No real CON, but a few points I want to make: I'm actually taking a star away for the instructions; you pretty much have to figure out how you want to incorporate this thing into your physical training on your own. For the price, they could include an adaquate training guide written by an expert. Perhaps someone at Amazon could suggest a relevant book. The lack of adaquate instructions caused me to do the couch potato mistake of using the belt while slouched on the sofa in front of the TV and the uneven training gave me a bit of back pain for a week. It wasn't a big deal though. Perhaps coincidental, but I started pooping like a newborn when I started using this belt. You should be careful not to overdue it at first unless you already are used to working your abdominal muscles on a regular basis. The suggested levels and use times are a pretty good guide just don't exceed them. I was blown away by how much power three AA batteries were able to put out, but maybe it really doesn't take that much power. In any case, the power is more than adaquate. DO NOT attempt to move the belt while it's turned on because you will literally be in for a shock. It's amazingly strong when the current goes through your fingertips. BOTTOM LINE: This belt is very effective. My only caviat is that you should look for some kind of guide as to how to use it for maximum effectiveness and without causing yourself undue discomfort or pain.

I've read several rewveis here with people being confused or disappointed, but I think perhaps expectations were different. First off, I'm not a trained professional, but I've been exercising for years and I pay close attention to proper form for the most effective effort. I'll try to explain how this works and what to expect. CORE MUSCLES WORKED WITH AN AB WHEEL: Shoulders, arms, upper and lower back, abs (all sections) WHAT TO EXPECT ON QUALITY: The quality on these things doesn't have to be fancy it has a simple use and just has to be functional. Two wheels are better than one, however. The wheels are solid plastic/rubber and the grips are similar. Are the grips terribly comfortable? No, but they're not bad either and you aren't using it for hours at a time -just minutes. Wrap some tennis racquet grip around them for added comfort if you want more, but it's really not needed. This is a basic tool and doesn't need to be made of expensive materials. The bar through the middle is solid metal (not sure if there is a weight limit but I'd guess at about 200lbs). PUTTING IT TOGETHER: It arrives in a box as two separate wheels, a metal bar, two rubber handles and a single sheet of instructions. Place the bar through the wheels and center them as best as you can. Then slide/wiggle/twist one handle all the way onto one end of the bar (I didn't need grease it went on pretty easily, yet snug). Then try to line up the grip of the other handle and slide that onto the other side of the bar with the wheels in the middle. Push on the ends of the handles to make sure they're on all the way. You will be able to twist the grips a little to line them up perfectly. Putting it together took me only a couple of minutes. USING IT (BASIC): Using the Ab Wheel is simple, but really works the abs if done correctly. This simple devise helps create the line down the middle of your abs for that nice six pack! Kneel on the floor with one hand on each handle and the wheel positioned on the floor, centered before you. Without arching your back (keep it straight and keep your head straight too don't look up or drop your head down) slowly roll the wheel away from your knees in a straight line before you. Your body moves forward with the wheel, away from your knees this is KEY to making this move effective! Your weight is supported via your hands on the bar and by your knees (and a straight back). The further you can stretch your arms out before you and the further you can lean away from your knees the more you will work the core muscles in your abs. When you've rolled out as far as you safely can, reverse and roll back up to the starting position (this should be hard!). Line your body up facing a wall (knees 2-3 ft from the wall) and roll out toward the wall if you want something there to help you stop rolling. Line up further and further away as you get stronger. You may not be able roll out more than 2-3 feet at first but that's okay. (When I stop my abs/hips are about 10-12 inches from the floor. You want to aim for about a 45 degree angle from your knees to your hips and then a countering 45 degree angle from your hands on the ab wheel to your shoulders. Think of making a bridge with your body where your knees are one support on one side of the water and the wheel is the other support on the other side of the river/body of water. Again, the farther you can stretch out, the more difficult the workout, but be careful and don't push too hard too fast or you'll tear something! Use your head and be conservative at first. Beginners should probably start with 1-2 sets of 5-10 reps and work on rolling out further as you become stronger. I'm trying 2 sets of 10 reps and my abs are SORE after 2 days of this!! It's IMPORTANT TO KEEP YOUR BACK STRAIGHT and to not arch it as you roll out. You can hurt yourself if you do this move incorrectly. The wheel comes with some basic instructions that show you the proper form. READ THE INSTRUCTIONS! USING IT (ADVANCED): Once you get comfortable using it as described above, add a twist and rather than just rolling straight ahead of you, keep your knees still and roll out at about a 25-30 degree angle left or right of center, twisting at the waist. This will really focus on the oblique muscles. I'd suggest alternating each direction during your reps, but that's just my opinion. This really is a GREAT ab workout and you WILL feel it if done properly. Good luck on that six pack!

I am editing this reeviw a year later (14Apr08) with some revisions I am a professional builder presently building super high end homes on the lakefront of Lake Tahoe. I have used every framing nailer made. Before I bought this nailer I was a Senco and Hitachi user. I needed another nailer so from the recommendation of another carpenter I went with this model. What sold it to me was that I liked the fact that it had another nosepiece that allowed it to be used for nailing hardware. I have had this nailer for about 5 months now and it has a few problems. When it was new it would tend to spark a lot when ever a nail was fired. Now that it is broken in it sparks still but much less. Edit.. It no longer sparks. There was a part missing in the unopened box. I promptly ordered it from Bostich and it came right away. The part was a vinyl rod that adjusts the magazine for varying thickness nails. The nailer really hammers the nail hard with a loud smack. I worry that it will wear out the hammer driver sooner. The sound with the Hitachi is much quieter and the Hitachi nailer seems to work with much less recoil when sinking a nail. The trigger on the Bostich is very finicky and will not fire unless you depress the nose just so even with the bounce trigger installed. The Hitachi and Senco is an honest trigger that fires every time you depress the nose. Hitachi users say bad words out of frustration when using this nailer because of the finicky trigger. The rubber pad on the side has a metal part that surrounds it. The metal part is thin and recently it broke. Since a nailer is often left on the side then this weak and flimsy part is in a very vulnerable spot. The nose has a spring that can easily snag something and fly away. Without this spring the nailer will not work. I spent a lot of time searching in the powder snow once for this spring when it accidentally ejected. This nailer does have all the modern features that some nailers lack. It has the directional exhaust port and an easily adjustable nosepiece. It will sink a 16d toenail with the depth adjustment all the way down unlike other nailers. It comes with an accessory nosepiece cover that covers the toenail teeth to prevent marring the wood. The nose cover though will not stay on very well and is easy to lose. If I had my preference I would use cliphead nailers because the magazine holds more nails and the paper collation does not spit eye damaging pieces like the plastic collated strips for round head nailers. Cliphead nails are getting hard to find as misguided architects spec only round head nails. You must use safety glasses when using any round head nailer. The plastic shards are probably not very good for the environment either. I give it 3 stars still because it works fine most of the time and the hardware nailing feature is nice to have. Edit 13Apr08 I give it 4.5 stars now. I like this nailer because it really has a large piston and can completely sink a toenail into hard LVL. I do a lot of framing with LVL and this is the only nailer that will not make you reach for your hammer to finish driving the nail home. I am used to the trigger now and it no longer frustrates me. I did have to take apart the trigger once and clean it. The trigger started to blow air and the nailer would not shoot. A less mechanically inclined person might have sent it to the shop for a repair. No parts were very worn, it just needed a cleaning. The broken part on the side bumper has not been a problem. This nailer has held up well so far. I frame about a third of the time so this nailer has about 6 months of heavy use behind it now.

Just like every late-night infomercial touting 6-minute abs, ab lounge, ab swing, etc, this device will not trim your midsection, destroy your love handles, obliterate your beer gut or baby fat, or even improve your strength. Let me explain how this works. You can not see your abdominal muscles because there is too much fat on top of them, not because they are not big enough. You can train and hypertrophy your abs all you want, but unless you get your body fat below about 8% you will not see them. As the old adage goes, abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym. However, as opposed to all the other late-night sucker products that actually make you exercize (to varying extents), this is even worse. Similar to TENS units used by physical therapists for rehab, this device simply causes the muscle to contract artificially by passing a small current trhuogh the skin and muscle, triggering a depolarization. When you train a certain exercise naturally, you improve the neural connections to those muscles in that range of motion. Therefore, if you don't build and strengthen the neuromuscular connections to the desired muscles and their stabilizers, you do not get strength gains. Hence, this does not even make you stronger in real-world applications, such as, say, doing a sit up. So if it doesn't give you a 6-pack, and it doesn't make you stronger, then does it do anything? Well it may cause you to consume some extra calories. Muscle does have to use energy when it is depolarized and contracts, but that's about it and a very small amount of calories at that. It's designed for lazy people with poor judgement and too much spare cash. Get on the floor and do some crunches it's not that hard.

On 2/2007 I ordered a set of these for my 2004 Kia Sedona EX which uses 24 and a set for my 98 Honda CRV 19 and 20 for both drveir's and passenger's sides. I did not buy them from Amazon just because another well known automotive/tire website was offering the buy-one-get-one free deal so a no-brainer there. The wiper blades worked as described, making contact all the way through the wiping path and leaving no water residue at all. They seem to be well constructed and make no noise even at 90mph. Installing them was a breeze (10 minutes tops for both vehicles). You must be asking if I have no complains then why the 3 star rating. I researched these through several websites and forums before investing almost more than $60 in windshield wipers. I must admitt that I'm the type of guy that usually buys a $12 set but I decided to give these a try after viewing a fare share of positive reviews. It seems to me that there's a pattern here. Most buyers that posted pos. reviews are the ones that ordered the longer blade ( judging by the type of vechicle mentioned) we're talking about 22 and longer while the ones with the so so or neg. reviews ordered shorter ones (20 and below) and so here's the reason for my 3 star. My KIA uses 24 but my CRV uses 20 on the drveir's and 18 on the pass. respectevely. On my CRV the drveir's side fits just fine and performs almost as well as the 24s on my KIA. However the 18 doesn't make contact with the windshiled on a 2 strecth on the outter edge. I have found similar claims in forums and reviews. As far as how they withstand extreme weather I only have found through reviews that they fare well in cold weather. I live in Yuma, AZ so I won't be able to tell you how they last in 120 degree weather until the summer hits. Conclusion: This is a nice product that performs highly when there's a proper fit. It's aesthetically pleasing and its cost is not exorbitant like other wipers in its class, counting that you get the buy 1 get 1 free deal which I have seen advertised 3 different times already. Lasting performance is TBD.

Delta or Porter-Cable on it. They have been great with replacement parts and/or info over the phone. But I have to say that this Bostitch is a great liltte brad nailer. I own a PC BN200 brad nailer but the Bostitch is my hands down favorite. Super light weight, easy to grip, easy to load and no recoil (if you release the trigger after you remove the tip from the work surface). That's right! No dents even without the plastic tip.Three things I like the best are:1) It leaves a smaller and cleaner hole than my Porter-Cable.2) It shoots 5/8 to 2 nails opposed to 3/4 to 2 .3) Being a smaller gun, it fits into tighter spaces and is easier to handle for longer periods of time.Don't get me wrong, the Porter-Cable is great, but the Bostitch is just a liltte more refined.One thing that should be noted, the Bostitch does not have a quick release nose piece but really, when was the last time you've ever had to clear a jam on a brad nailer? I got these wiper blades and put them on. The next day it sneowd out of nowhere. I thought, oh no, the blades will stick or not push the snow off. Well amazingly even with quite a bit of snow and ice on the windshield they cleared the windshield in a matter of moments. My family has other brands on their cars that are similar, but I think these are more stylish and work at least as good if not better. Well worth the price, I normally won't buy blades that cost more than $8. Very happy.

This machine is yet anhtoer good example of high quality Hitachi engineering. This compressor has outlasted several other brands. The machine has run two finishing guns continuously for almost a year and hasn't needed anything more than an oil change The regulator is predictable, and adjusts as easily as other brands. I firmly believe that Hitachi gets 4.1 CFM out of 14.5 amps. We simply do not run out of air no matter how fast we are working with the Senco SFN40 s. Down time has been zilch. One thing we did add was a water/oil separator and filter to protect our work and our guns. I suppose Hitachi (and most other brands) leaves these off so that they will have a competitive price. But it does not make economical sense for YOU to leave them off.While I have given this compressor a 5 star rating, there are some things for the engineers (and you!) to think about in the next model: 1. The way the regulator is mounted it is difficult to make a manifold for two hoses without hanging those pipes out there where they can get knocked off. Anyone who has knocked one off before will know that A) everyone in the neighborhood knows it right away and B) it puts you down for some expensive time. And C) when this happens, it often creates an unwanted projectile. It took me three street elbows and an hour of figuring to get the quick disconnects in a safe place. 2. When you pick the unit up with the handle, the unit tilts a bit. This means you have to hold it out away from your body a bit more than the size of the compressor would promise. All that horsepower weighs enough to make this more uncomfortable than need be. We just bent the handle with a torch to get on the center of gravity.These are relatively small gigs on a really great compressor. I only spent so many words on them so that the engineers might just read this. It seems they will have plenty of time to correct this before the ones I own wear.

I am assuming it is colored (sorry if that is rude) - I have dark blonde hair and have it highlighted and it looks nothing like yours - how often do you do it and exactly what do you do? :)
